How is the score calculated?
Each session is rated on six dimensions — Persuasiveness, Structure, Role fit, Follow-up handling, Delivery and pacing, and Quality of your questions back — each graded Strong, Satisfactory, or Weak. The report always carries 3–6 pieces of verbatim evidence quoted from your exact words, every one timestamped so you can replay the moment and check it yourself.
How do I cancel? Will I keep being charged?
Click “Manage subscription / cancel” on the pricing page to cancel at any time — it takes effect immediately. You keep access until the end of the current period, and nothing is charged after that.
Can I get a refund?
Unused sessions can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. A mock interview that has already been completed and scored is not refundable. Email support with your receipt and we reply within 7 business days.
Do sessions expire?
Monthly sessions on a subscription reset every month and do not roll over. Sessions in a one-time top-up pack never expire — keep them for your next job search.
Is payment safe?
Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number. Credit cards and the express payment methods your provider enables are supported.
