Nature of the service

MockLive is an AI mock interview practice tool. The interviewer, the questions, and the scoring are all generated by a large language model; they are for practice only and do not constitute an offer of employment, a background check, or professional career advice. The outcome of the real interview is decided independently by the employer.

Payment

Your first interview is free, with no credit card required. After that you can subscribe to the Standard or Sprint plan, or buy a one-time top-up pack. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically when they expire; a top-up pack is a one-time payment — its sessions never expire, and it never auto-renews.

Payment is handled by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record for this service and is legally the seller to you. Your card statement shows “WAFFO” or “WAFFO PANCAKE”, and invoices are issued by Waffo. We never see or store your card number. Prices on this page are product prices; where your location requires tax, checkout calculates and displays it, and the total shown at checkout is the amount charged.

Checkout, invoices, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Waffo under its buyer terms; you can also sign in to the Waffo consumer portal (pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login) to view your orders and invoices.

How your quota is counted

Sessions and targeted-practice credits on a subscription reset every calendar month and do not carry over. Sessions in a one-time top-up pack are counted separately, never expire, and are preserved first: we use expiring subscription quota before touching a pack that never expires.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time by clicking "Manage subscription / cancel" on the pricing page; cancellation takes effect immediately and you are returned to the pricing page. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period; nothing is charged after that, and you do not need to contact support.

Refund policy

Unused sessions can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase; an interview that has already been completed and had its report generated is not refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. A refund revokes the matching unused sessions; sessions you have already used are not clawed back.

To request a refund, email our support address with your payment receipt. We process requests within 7 business days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or someone else's private content, and not to abuse the service (including but not limited to automating calls to the API and reselling the service). We reserve the right to limit or terminate abusive use where reasonably necessary.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that scoring is absolutely accurate, and we accept no responsibility for your practice results or for the consequences of any decision. Using the service means you understand and agree to the terms above.
